Crushing Shock is the main output in this ESO Dragonknight build. Why choose this skill as a main output skill?
1. Passive abilities of destruction staff, Penetrating Magic (ignore spell resistant), Tri Focus (Fire: increase the critical rate of destruction staff).
2. Engulfing Flames will improve the targets by fire damage, and the output of Crushing Shock skill also is fire damage.
3. Cost the less Mana, make continuous output.

Make sure your main skill is Crushing Shock, and should know its output take these influence factors, spell critical, max mana and weapon damage, so other skills should choose Igneous Weapons, Flawless Dawnbreaker, Inner Light to improve weapon damage, massive spell critical.
