Elder Scrolls Online's Midyear Mayhem PvP Event

 

  NOW THE MIDYEAR MAYHEM HAS OFFICIALLY RETURNED:

  Elder Scrolls Online's Midyear Mayhem PvP event is officially back, and the horns of the war bellow once more from Thursday, January 23 at 10:00 AM EST, and until Tuesday, February 4 at 10:00 AM EST. And during this PvP event, you can find that there is a lot of rewards just await, for instance, you can earn XP, bonus rewards, and Alliance Points just by battling your fellow players in the Alliance War, Battlegrounds, and of course, Imperial City.

  In order to make sure you receive your due honors, you need to hang on to the Scroll Of Pelinal's Ferocity and then reuse it during this event period. If you happen to discard it, here is another method you can make it up, you can acquire another just from Predicant Maera for 100 Elder Scrolls Online Gold or just 100 Alliance Points (look for her near Battleground camps for this purpose also).

  And now, here is how you can join this fight, check this out:

  The very first one is: Navigate to the in-game Crown Store and then get the FREE “Details On The Midyear Mayhem” quest from the Quest Starters category.

  The second one is: Travel to your faction's main gate in Cyrodiil from the Alliance War menu.

  The third one is: Locate the NPC named “Predicant Maera" and get the quest called “Midyear Mayhem." (PLEASE NOTE: If you completed the quest previously, then you will not need to do this again).

  The fourth one is: Finish the above-mentioned quest to receive your Scroll of Pelinal's Ferocity and a Pelinal's Midyear Boon Box.

  The fifth one is: You need to use the scroll to activate a two-hour, 100% buff to Alliance Points earned from PvP activities and XP earned from player kills.

  What's more, you have to keep an eye out for three additional PvP campaigns opening up for the duration of this event, too! They will not be Alliance locked, of course.

  NOW CLAIM YOUR REWARDS:

  During Midyear Mayhem, you also can earn some new collectibles as rewards in addition to the Midyear Victor's Laurel Wreath.

  Legion Zero Outfit Style Pages:

  Here you can don the garb of the legion just by picking up the Outfit Style Pages for the Legion Zero's armor, which dropped from bosses in the Imperial City, including those found in the city proper and the sewers.

  Standard-Bearer Emotes:

  Now time to show your colors with the Standard-Bearer emote! And this brand new emote is acquired by collecting 10 Standard-Bearer's Emblems, found within the very first Pelinal's Midyear Boon Box you open each day per account. Once you have got 10, then you can combine them with a Standard-Bearer's License (or this is also on sale for 50,000 Alliance Points) from Predicant Maera to create a Runebox with the emote for that character's Alliance.   Midyear Victor's Laurel Wreath:

  Just as usual, the Midyear Victor's Laurel Wreath collectible can be acquired by earning glory on the battlefield and finishing the below event-specific Achievements (All The Collectible Are Just Listed In Alphabetical Order):

  1. Echo of Pelinal's Fury: Read a Scroll of Pelinal's Ferocity during the Midyear Mayhem.

  2. Hand of the Whitestrake: Acquire your very own 25th Pelinal's Midyear Boon Box.

  3. Mayhem Connoisseur: Just receive the blessing of the Whitestrake at one of the Alliance Gates during the period of Midyear Mayhem.

  4. Pelinaline the Bloody: You need to capture a Keep in Cyrodiil during the Midyear Mayhem.

  5. Pelinavant the Scourge: You also need to win a battleground match during the Midyear Mayhem.

  6. Pelinerrif Insurgent: Capture an Imperial District during the Midyear Mayhem is also needed.

  7. Wrath of the Whitestrake: During the Midyear Mayhem you also need to defeat 50 opponents.

  PLEASE NOTE: That access to the Imperial City DLC game pack is required to earn all of the above Achievements (now totally free in the in-game Crown Store!).

  HERE ARE PELINAL'S BOONS:

  And when you take part in PvP during the Midyear Mayhem event, you will also get Pelinal's Midyear Boon Boxes in addition to your regular Rewards for the Worthy containers and as rewards from various PvP daily quests. And these dailies include:

  1. Battleground quests from Battlemaster Rivyn.

  2. Scouting, Battle, Warfront, and then Conquest Missions.

  3. Elder Scroll capture and recapture quests.

  4. Town quests in Bruma, Cheydinhal, Chorrol, Cropsford, and Vlastarus.

  Imperial City daily quests.

    ①That requires “The Sublime Protector” achievement, earned by finishing the Imperial City main questline.

  Pelinal's Midyear Boon Boxes now have an opportunity to contain the following items (All items are listed in alphabetical order):

  1. Akaviri style items

  2. Alchemy reagents

  3. Books of Pelinal housing items

  4. Coldharbour siege weapons

  5. Motif pages for the Alliance and Akaviri styles

  6. Prismatic Runestones

  7. PvP consumables such as repair kits, forward camps, and siege weapons

  8. Style items for your Alliance

  9. Transmute Crystals

  Apart from that, during that event, harvesting nodes within both Cyrodiil and the Imperial City drop double their regular resources, and the Cyrodiil merchant Adhazabi Aba-daro (usually also known as "The Golden”) stocks Alliance War Legendary-quality jewelry, with necklaces during the very first weekend and rings during the second.

  EARN EVENT TICKETS:

  In order to earn Event Tickets during Midyear Mayhem, you need to complete any of the following PvP daily quests:

  1. Battleground quests from Battlemaster Rivyn

  2. Elder Scroll capture and recapture quests

  3. Imperial City daily quests

    ②Requires “The Sublime Protector” achievement, earned by completing the Imperial City main questline

  4. Scouting, Battle, Warfront, and Conquest Missions

  5. Town quests in Vlastarus, Bruma, Cropsford, Cheydinhal, and Chorrol

  When you finish one of these quests, you will receive three Event Tickets in addition to your regular rewards. PLEASE NOTE that you can earn only three tickets every day per account, resetting at 1:00 AM EST each morning.

  2. Legion Zero Outfit Style pages

  3. Standard-Bearer Emotes

  4. Spectral Berries of Bloom

  5. Spectral Berries of Budding

  Anyway, this event features the very first two Indrik Berries for this quarter's evolution, the incredibly Spectral Indrik! Please noted that if you have already purchased the Legion Zero Outfit Style Pages and Banner Emote items for Event Tickets, then they are just bound to your account, which means you just can not trade them for ESO gold or something like that.

  During this event, you can get as many as 39 Event Tickets. Moreover, the Impresario continues to sell all Feathers throughout, also letting you unlock a new Nascent Indrik.
