On the official website of The Elder Scrolls Online, more details on the forthcoming DLC ​​are coming out. Expansion will be called "Clockwork City" and will introduce many content.

Clockwork City will take us to the legendary creation of Sotha Sil where we can explore its mysterious mechanical world. This city had a brief presentation in The Elder Scrolls Online chapter update, ESO: Morrowind, as well as in the original The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. However, with this new DLC, we will be able to explore it in much more detail.

Thanks to the expansion you can explore the mechanical dream of Sotha Sil, a world already seen in Morrowind, but which will now be explored much more thoroughly. In this new setting you will find strange buildings, creatures and inhabitants that are the result of mechanical constructions. The central hub will be the Brass Fortress area, where you will find merchants, crafting stations and also important NPCs. Be aware though, because outside the walls the environment is much less friendly and you will be constantly in danger.

Two will be the new bosses introduced with the expansion, along with a series of quests that will guarantee new awards and items. You will also add a new "Transmutation" system, which will allow you to change the parts of the equipment to the appropriate stations. To make changes you will need special crystals, which can be obtained by completing Veteran level content.
